Dietary Recommendations for Fruit and Vegetable Intake

How many fruit and vegetables should be eaten daily for good health?

In order to improve health and reduce risks of chronic diseases, we recommend a daily intake of at least 2 servings of fruit and 3 servings of vegetables (about 80 grams per serving leading to a minimum of 400 grams of fruit and vegetables every day, which is in line with the recommendation of the World Health Organization).
