HEALTH Direct is primarily used for supporting/complementing health promotion activities organised by government departments, public bodies, healthy cities, schools, professional bodies, non-governmental organisations [with tax-exempted status under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Cap. 112)] and other organisations (subject to approval on a case-by-case basis).
Prior booking of the HEALTH Direct is necessary by means of an application form.

Hard copies of the application form are also obtainable from Central Health Education Unit (CHEU) of Department of Health, 7/F., Southorn Centre, 130 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong
The completed application form should be returned to CHEU :
By fax (fax no: 2591 6127); or
By email (firstname.lastname@example.org); or
By post (Address: 7/F, Southorn Centre, 130 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong); or
By hand (same address as above from 8:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays)).
Completed application forms should reach CHEU one month or more but less than three months before the day of the event, or else the applications will not normally be entertained.
The applicant will be notified of the result within two weeks from date of receipt
The event should not be of commercial or profit-making nature.
The event should be insured for public liability.
The organisation may be requested to provide a location map of the event.
The organiser shall be responsible for the safe and proper use of HEALTH Direct during its stay at the venue.
Bookings of HEALTH Direct may be more than one day.
All available time slots are reserved on a first-come-first-served basis. In case of disputes, CHEU reserves the right to make the final decision.
